Yachts essentially demand that the crew - your team - work together throughout the day to achieve your stated goal - be it a race or just a sail around a harbor. And of course a successful day demands a bit of celebrating - all part of the team building exercise - at the end of the day. You can stage a race between two or more boats, complete with a race course set up in the bay. The captains will provide all of the instruction required, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
